I was scared when I started my business. Putting myself “out there” was way out of my comfort zone. I showed up anyways. I showed up messy and imperfect, but I showed up consistently and that’s when everything started to pay off.

It's true! I met my husband in a MSN chatroom. I was still in high school at the time, and my parents grounded me for talking to a stranger online, Our love story is crazy, ya'll! We ended up meeting in person a couple of years later, and the rest is history. I would say that being grounded was totally worth it in the grand scheme of things!
My high school marching band broke the record for the longest musical march in 1998.
I have a tattoo, and the meaning of it is so special to me. It's three arrows symbolizing my friendship with two of my best friends who I have known for over half my life. Additional fun fact: We have been told it looks like a pine tree from the right angle, and that's all I can see now! Oh well!
Up until a few years ago, I was the only female in the house. i talked Josh into letting me adopt a rescue lab/beagle mix, and I named her Lorelai after the beloved Gilmore Girls character. Gilmore Girls is definitely one of my top 3 favorite tv series of all time!
My mom had a friend in high school who loved putting names together. She came up with the name "Tara Shea", and my mom told her then that she was going to name her first daughter that. And here I am! Additional fun fact: If I would have been a boy, my name would have been Paul Tyler.
